From the first general meeting of the Nepali Real Estate Development Fund Corporation (NREDFC), I truly value and respect the opportunity to re-serve as Chairman with the confidence of all the shareholders and I have no words to thank you for that.

We have convened the first General Assembly with an ambitious goal of the next five years and to achieve this goal we have a team of expert friends from all walks of life elected for three years. We have embarked on a beautiful journey of selfless service as per the objective of our company. We all know that not only this ward but also its shareholders and the Nepali Diaspora in the United States will have an important role to play in achieving this goal.

The organization has been working tirelessly since the day it was formally established to achieve the main objective of economic prosperity of the Nepali community and this organization will be expanded with the objective of “economic prosperity for itself”.

I would like to see the shareholders of this organization living in different parts of the United States become lucky and prosperous. For me, this institution is a great education and experience that has helped me to understand its challenges more closely. I believe that it will be a great honor and privilege for anyone who wants to lead this organization in the future.

Today we are getting compliments from friends who have been identified with us in various states within the United States, and good wishes, as well as things that we would like to be a part of. I want to assure you that with our selfless service and support will be our guiding principles.

With the involvement of various organizations, I have realized that by being transparent in all economic and other activities and following all the technologies developed in the world, we can redefine our vision and message and increase the second generation attraction in the US and our retired founders will feel very proud.

For a community-based business organization, it is true that the number of shareholders and its structure play an important role, so our goal will be to collectively offer suggestions and plan programs according to current needs.

I request all of you to take part in the planning, implementation and use of this study as well as to take this mission to the next level.
